University of Tokyo ADB Scholarship 2024 (Fully Funded). Application is invited to apply for the University of Tokyo Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program. This is a fully funded scholarship program for international students to study in Japan. ADB Scholarship award 300 fully funded scholarship every year to undertake Master’s Degree Programs.
The Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP), Financed by the Government of Japan and organized by the Asian Development Bank aims to provide postgraduate opportunities. There is no application fee. As well as It is a fully funded scholarship and covers all expenses for the academic year 2024-2025. Eligibility Criteria
In order to be nominated for the ADB Scholarship program, candidates should:
- The applicant must be a national of ADB Member Countries.
- A bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent with an excellent academic record.
- Applicants must have worked full-time for at least 2 years.
- Candidate Not more than 35 years old at the time of application.
- In Exceptional cases, appropriate programs for senior officials and managers, the age limit is 45 years.
- The applicant must agree to come back home after degree completion.

Important Points to Consider
- No Separate application is needed for ADB. Only apply to the University.
- Only candidates who have been offered admission and endorsed by the participating academic institutions will be considered for the scholarships by ADB.
- Expenses for the family will not be covered.

- Step 4: Only successful candidates will be required to submit documents for the ADB scholarship application (Mid-February)
- Step 5: ADB-JSP notifies us of the selection result (May)
- Step 6: Enter Japan with a student visa (late September). The autumn semester starts on October 1st, 2024.
