Eligibility Criteria for the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship
- Only foreigners can apply for Eiffel scholarships for international students from the French government.

The Eiffel French Government Excellence Scholarship is a free scholarship in France and a fully-funded scholarship for students that will cover all necessary expenses.
